Utilities and furniture are included in the rent. Its 660$/month Apartment is part of a The Retreat complex and you must have a key to enter the apartment and also to use all other amenities. The apartment is 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and is on ground floor. It has a washer and dryer, a pantry in the apartment and a dishwasher.
